If no agreement is reached within 18 months of the creation of the technical committee or at any time before that date, the parties agree to jointly appoint a mediator within 30 days. 3. For workers appointed prior to the signing date of this agreement, their anniversary date is the date on which workers received their last pay increase. The contracting parties will enter into negotiations on 15 January 2019 with a view to reaching an agreement on the wage borrowing system.
