The technical evaluation includes the audit of the office (500 points) and interviews (200 points). It is the responsibility of the body (or agency) that signs RLA with UNDP Sudan to ensure that milestones are met on time and meet established quality standards. Monitoring the performance of consultants, monitoring and feedback, and payment to advisors are the responsibility of the owner of the RLA. UNDP may, if necessary, facilitate the payment of the DSA for the mission/assignment in the country. The top four candidates, who receive at least 70% (350 points) of the maximum points to be achieved for the exam at an office (500 points), will be considered for the interview. Please refer to the attached Bid Bulletin No. (1) containing UNDP`s responses to Bidder`s requests. Please note that the deadline for submitting proposals is extended until December 17, 2018. For each agreed communication product awarded to the contractor, UNOSSC wishes to conclude the individual entrepreneur`s framework agreement/long-term agreements (ICFA/LTA) with a maximum of 3 graphic designers capable of offering high-quality professional design work capable of communicating company messages clearly and accurately; and on time.
In this context, UNDP Sudan is seeking an institution that, in accordance with the 8 terms of mandate (ToR) that are part of this invitation document for this task, makes available 8 different advisers under the Reimerable Loan Agreement (RLA). Interested institutions must be able to offer 8 advisors, 4 international and 4 Sudanese nationals in their offer. The selected entity must be able to use the 8 councillors proposed for the assignment in accordance with the beginning of the contract and in accordance with the distribution of the transfer on the national territory or at home. The total points of the interview are 200 points, bringing the total technical evaluation points to a maximum of 700 points. The survey requires at least 140 points (70% of the total points that can be obtained during the interview). The selection of the best offer of the shortlisted candidates is based on a combined evaluation method that weights qualification and experience with a maximum of 700 points and combines with the prize offer, which is weighted to a maximum of 300 points.
