There is a service agreement between the Ministry of Health and each hospital and health service (HHS) for the provision of public health services. The current service contract covers the period from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2022. All changes made to the service contract during this period are recorded in an act of amendment. The Service Agreement defines the health services, teaching, research and other services to be provided by HHS, as well as the funding to be provided to HHS for the provision of those services. It also defines the results that should be achieved by HHS and how their performance is measured. The following service agreements define the mutual understanding of the respective legal and legal functions and obligations through a declaration of expectation and benefits for the following periods.
