Business agreements can be tailored to the needs of some companies. An agreement should be overall better for an employee when compared to the corresponding bonuses or rewards. 18.2.5 If the cumulative time is not taken in the two salary periods and there is no agreement in accordance with point 18.2.4 the payment of overtime worked during the next pay period, unless it is otherwise agreed between the employer and the employee. 18.2.3 By mutual agreement, a worker may accumulate the normal working time of one week, calculated on the total calculated duration of the work. 17.2.5 Workers who work between Midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday in accordance with 17.2.2 (d) may, by mutual agreement, take the appropriate leave at the place of payment of the load indicated.
