Credit Union Online Banking Agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of the online banking services at any time and without notice, including without restriction, if we believe, in our judgment alone, that you have conducted induction activities or activities contrary to any of the terms of this Agreement or our rights; If you conduct or attempt fraudulent, illegal or illegal transactions; If we have reason to believe that your accounts have been used unauthorizedly; or if you provide us with false or misleading registration information or if you are disrupting other users or managing online banking. If you allow someone to use your login data in any way, this authorization will be considered unlimited until you expressly revoke that authority by immediately notifying the Credit Union and changing your filing dates. You are responsible for all transactions of these people until you inform us that transactions and access by that person are no longer allowed and that your login data is changed. If you do not maintain or change the security of your login data and the credit union suffers a loss, we can immediately terminate your online banking services.
