Worship Leader Agreement

I come from the Philippines and I am too young to be both Director of Mass and Music Director. I am only 17 years old and the reason for my young leadership is that our former president/music director has disgraced our loving pastor because of his different masters of the faith. So if we are in his authority years ago, he has set many standards that have made the worship team too perfect, and if we break the rule, even if we don`t think so, he will reject us. Of the 15 in the team, we`re at 10. As the new President, I have decided that everyone should be reborn, a member of the Church or at least 3 months in a row. according to the next requirement, we will cover them at least half the year skillfully and mentally. The disciple understands the purification of the pastoral home and the church, as well as gardening, so that we can see their hearts and attitudes when they are ready to serve the Lord through these methods of discipleship. I think we can develop their potential because they have proven that they are willing to learn more and serve God. We accept homosexuals in the junior. haha. In the hope that in their lives, God will move through his words.

We will not let them enter the sacred soil, unless God tells us to do so after 6 months of training. But as long as we can see in their daily lives that this is not yet the right time for them, we will train them again until they receive the Holy Spirit. (Hearing first after training. If they haven`t qualified because of the auditions, we`ll train them skilfully with our coaches on the guitar part, drums, vocals, keyboard and more). That`s how we accept everyone in training, but not especially on the cult team. If we no longer have a musician, we will wait, even if we have to sing in Acapella, we will. I am frustrated because the double standards that could apply to this person are always applied, even after he has become the director of worship. I understand: 1. I have to be in the offices and monthly meetings to be on the service team on Sunday morning (unless it is excused because of work, illness or planned holidays). I will notify our divine service manager before the meeting if and why I cannot attend. 2. As part of the PCB cult team, I am a guide in the Church and I realize that others will look at me, so that, as a representative of the Church and of Jesus Christ, I will act in a Christian way, that I will speak and that I will not wear clothes that would divert attention from the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of men (including jeans with holes, shorts, short skirts and deep cut clothes).

3. When I begin serving with the cult team, I will be in a hearing phase for the first two months and will participate in monthly meetings. In the end, I will meet with the head of divine service and discuss all kinds of issues we can see and whether divine service is the right thing to do for me. 4. At the end of my hearing phase, when I either have the head of the Mass or I discover that the service of the PCB cult team does not suit me well at that time, I will continue to strive to find my field of service. My question is: we have the requirement that everyone on the team be 9 .m before the worship prayer for sound control. We used to do our sound checks 15 minutes before the service started, but it was more of a frustration than an aid, as it was always in the beginning of the service. So move the sound control to 9.

Since moving to 9 a.m. this person has very rarely managed to do sound controls. I hoped that now that she has been appointed head of worship, she will do everything in her power for reasonable control. She won`t. Something else… People are drawn to those who understand what they are going through (Jesus established this “standard” for us, so to speak), so that people who grew up through struggle are an integral part of an effective tribe of worship. Please, please, please, don`t do anything about the young `us, but make sure you have a multigenent representation
