The successful candidate will teach a series of drama courses in education/applied theatre. You will demonstrate a solid knowledge of curriculum theory and teach courses with mixed course/laboratory components. The preferred person will use a range of teaching methods in different pedagogical situations. Public relations, community cooperation and coordination at local, national and international levels are important aspects of the work. The individual will participate in the full range of the department`s activities, including departmental production activities ranging from Mainstage offerings to community networking and production. The new collective agreement was concluded after two months of productive discussions between the EU`s negotiating committees and the university. Brock Gervan Fearon`s President and Brock`s Board of Trustees would like to pay tribute to the BUFA negotiating team for their preparation and hard work throughout the process, which contributed to the achievement of the new collective agreement before the current contract expired. Following this shutdown, BUFA launched a certification trip in September 1977. The application for certification was filed with the employment agency on October 17, 1977. Pending a favourable certification judgment, Dennis Oleson and Gerald Neufeld have brought together existing collective agreements from other universities across Canada.
They tried to include the best features of the old faculty – letter of administration and these other agreements in the first proposed draft collective agreement. During this hearing, the employment agency found that the university, having rejected THE BUFA`s assertion that it was a union, had to first answer the following question: Is BUFA a union? In a decision of June 16, 1977, the Board of Directors decided that “BUFA is not a union; that it is not a collective agreement if it is followed by a teaching mandate for the administration of the faculty. Now that the agreement has been ratified, the new collective agreement (in form) will be available for review on the staff website. Other documents include a statement on the philosophy of teaching (maximum 1200 words), a ACTUEL VITA CURRICULUM and/or an artistic/academic portfolio in a theatrical field, as well as a teaching file.
